The Resize/Rotate window appears when you click on

In the lower part of the window youÆll see an indicator called Proportional zoom. If this function is active, the work area will show a standard rectangle around the active layer for proportional zoom of the image. To zoom the image, drag the corners of the rectangle.
If the Proportional zoom function is not active, the work area will contain the same rectangle, but now for re-sizing the image. Drag the corners of the rectangle to re-size the image.
In the lower part of the window you can also see two symbols indicating vertical and horizontal flip&flop.
If you want to reset all changes youÆve made and return the image to its original
status, click 
Reset
in the upper toolbar.
If you want to reverse a step, click 
Undo.
After making all the necessary changes, click 
OK in the upper toolbar. After clicking OK you will
no longer be able to reset the changes.
